Dancer is hand painted
Fully functioning, however with antique lighting I always recommend having the electrical checked by a licensed electrician or reputable lamp repair/retail shop
Her story: I purchased this at an antique store outside of D.C. from the estate sale collection of a Spanish Ambassador
