NEW/UNUSED full size dusting powder in scent Celebrate, by Lush Handmade. This product was made for the Christmas 2025 collection. "Cheers to soft, smooth skin with a fruity fresh fragrance and celebratory sparkle. Made with a bright blend of Brazilian orange oil and fruity lime, our Celebrate scent is the life of the party. Enhance the fragrance and leave skin silky smooth by layering with Celebrate Body Lotion." This dusting powder was one that does NOT include shimmer in the formula. NOTES: Lime oil, orange oil, basil. Some say it smells like fruit loops.
