An absolutely beautiful example of an 1835 1/2 cent. This coin was purchased back in 1964 as an addition to my father's collection at Yesteryear Books and Antiquities. It was always one of his favorite coins. The letters are so crisp as well as the hair and stars. Strong strike and well defined "Liberty".
