Vintage!
All working parts. The garage door and door have all the hinges but are loose.
Stickers are in good shape, with the exception of one peeling on the end on the Artic World exterior side. Bat door works.
Glass (not real) ceiling works and drops when an action figure hits it gently. It latches back in place.
Comes with Bruce Wayne/Batman figure w/masked cape and Catwoman w/cape and whip.
Latch to close the manor works.
Missing is the zip line and the fence by the floating floor where the catwalk is in the exterior of the Artic World. Press the gold button on the side and the floor drops.
The manor is 40 years old but has been gently played with and has been stored for 35 years.
This has been thoroughly cleaned and ready to play with or collect.
