• Location: The company was founded in Joliet, Illinois, in 1907.
• Products: It specialized in art calendars and other advertising media, including postcards, greeting cards, and fans.
The company owned the copyrights for the art and designs featured on its calendars and products. The artwork was created by numerous artists, some of whom were women who signed their work with only their last name so that calendars would not be rejected by business owners.
• Legacy: After closing in 1971, the factory building was destroyed by a fire in 1992. However, its history is documented and commemorated by the Joliet Area Historical Museum.
